Rockport, Texas, is set to come alive with the vibrant sounds of Tejano and Conjunto music during the Dia De Los Muertos Concierto on October 25-26, 2024. This highly anticipated event is a remake of the postponed Fiesta En La Playa concert and promises a memorable celebration for all attendees.
The two-day event, held at the Festival Grounds at Rockport Harbor, 1500 E. Laurel, will feature an impressive lineup of legendary and emerging artists. The concert is free for all first responders and military personnel with valid IDs, making it a special tribute to those who serve.
Friday, October 25: A Night of Legends
The festivities kick off on Friday night with the return of the legendary band La Tropa F, featuring David and Joe Farias. Joining them on stage will be Mike Gonzalez and the Iconiczz, Roel Martinez, Lazaro Perez, and Hilda Lamas. Fans can purchase a general admission ticket for Saturday and receive free entry on Friday night, ensuring they don’t miss out on any of the excitement
Saturday, October 26: A Star-Studded Lineup
Saturday’s lineup is equally impressive, with performances by “The Pride of Pasadena” La Fiebre, Lucky Joe, and the official Emilio Navaira Tribute featuring his sons Emilio Navaira IV and Diego Navaira. The evening will also include a Halloween Bash with a $500 cash prize for the best costume, adding an extra layer of fun to the festivities.
