Grammy-winning Tejano band Siggno is reaching out to their fans and followers for help after their equipment and merchandise trailer was stolen from a storage facility in San Antonio. Frontman Jesse Turner shared the unfortunate news in a heartfelt video posted on social media, urging everyone to keep an eye out for their missing gear.
In the video, Turner explained, “Last night we played in the city of Premont, Texas, and we all went home. Our equipment, lighting, and screen were inside a U-Haul parked at our storage. Earlier today, I got a call saying that all our stuff was stolen. Somebody took all our lighting, speakers, equipment, and even our merchandise.”
Turner expressed his heartbreak over the incident, saying, “You never expect it to happen to you, but when it does, it’s a hard pill to swallow.” He also mentioned that a police report has been filed and an investigation is underway.
The band is asking anyone who sees suspicious activity or comes across someone trying to sell RCF equipment or Siggno merchandise to report it to the police or contact the JT Entertainment office at 210-941-7469.
Despite the setback, Turner remains optimistic and determined. “People can steal my equipment, my lighting, my screens, but they cannot steal my drive and my work ethic. I just need your help to spread the word.”
Let’s come together to support Siggno during this challenging time. Turner added, “I know how to start from the bottom. I know how to play without any lights and without a screen. I still got an amazing band. I still got my brothers. I still got my Siggno family, and I still got you guys.”
