SAN ANTONIO, TX —The Texas Talent Musicians Association (TTMA) has extended the deadline for accepting nominations and applications for the 44th annual Tejano Music Awards, the non-profit organization announced on Monday (July 29).

The deadline was extended due to the extensive damage by Hurricane Beryl throughout Texas which caused major power outages and caused delays with submissions.

Each year the Tejano Music Awards recognizes the artistic efforts and achievements of songwriters, performers, and musicians of the Tejano music industry.

Any musician, manager, record label, or artist representative may submit a nomination at TejanoMusicAwards.com/nominations.

Please make sure to read the guidelines before submitting.

TTMA does not submit any artist, it is the sole responsibility of the manager, artist, record label, or artist representative to submit their material.

“As we strive to amplify our online presence, we have revamped our website and are excited to unveil it,” said Bino Gaona, TTMA Event Coordinator. “We invite you to submit your nominations and join us in celebrating the best of Tejano music.”

Representatives may submit materials, including two (2) CDs or two (2) USB thumb drives that can be verified for release 2023 to:
