43rd Annual Tejano Music Awards Will Celebrate The Best of Tejano Music

San Antonio, TX — The 43rd annual Tejano Music Awards, produced by the Texas Talent Musicians Association (TTMA), are set for Saturday, October 21, 2023.

The longest-running and only major awards show to recognize the Tejano music genre invites fans from around the country for this year’s awards show. This year’s TMAs will be hosted by Texas comedian Happy “The Entertainer”.

This year, the Tejano Music Awards will be held at the Boeing Center at Tech Port (located at the former Kelly AFB). The biggest night in Tejano Music will be the place where fans can expect a spectacular show that promises many surprises, exciting musical collaborations, and showcasing new emerging artists: Laura Denisse y Los BrillantesAsaltoThe Ybarra Boyz, and recognition of Tejano’s best and brightest stars.

Lifetime achievement honoree this year is songwriter, singer, and musician Beto Ramon. Ramon is a renowned Tejano music pioneer who will be honored for his many roles as a prolific writer for some of the most successful Tejano artists and bands past and present, as well as for his own endeavors and contributions as a singer, songwriter, and musician.

Artists scheduled to perform include SiggnoIsabel Marie SanchezPaula DeAndaRicardo Castillon y La DiferenziaDestiny Navaira, Laura Denisse y Los Brillantes, Savannah Votion, Asalto, Mike Gonzalez & The IconiczzTortilla Factory, and many more.

A pre-red carpet ceremony with special guests Viva Tejana Dance Company 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm.

A red-carpet ceremony will be held prior to the awards show featuring Angelica AlcoserLaura LindaMonica SaldivarDavid Lee RodriguezJR GomezRoger Velazquez, Siggno, Asalto, and many more. The red carpet showcase begins at 5:00 p.m.
