One of the tracks on the album is “Yo Quiero Ser”, a song originally recorded by La Mafia, the legendary Tejano supergroup from Houston, Texas. The song was written by Gerardo Olvera Cavazos and released in 1986 as part of La Mafia’s album “Entre Tú y Yo”. The song is a heartfelt plea for love and happiness, expressing the desire to find someone to share life with.
