Gabriella Salazar and Anakaela Trujillo are prominent emerging singers in the New Mexico and Tejano music industry and have been lifelong friends and schoolmates. The duo collaborated on a fun energetic song “Lo Que Un Hombre Debería Saber (What A Man Should Know)” inspired by today’s Pop sound, but make no mistake this song is still a danceable cumbia with bajo and accordion.
Describing their sound as night and day in the way their voices and singing style are so different and unique from one another yet still complement each other elegantly on the cover of the hit song by Latin pop duo Ha*Ash.
Anakaela Trujillo is a multi-genre singer/songwriter and recording artist from New Mexico. Anakaela’s musical talents include all types of Latin, soul, R&B, and pop music.
Gabriella Salazar’s music has a distinct sound of her own. her influences come from all genres of music most notably Elida Reyna, Jennifer Peña, Angela Aguilar, Selena Quintanilla, Becky G, Maddie and Tae, and many others. Salazar most notably performed at Tejano Music Awards Fan Fair in San Antonio and share her recent Virtual Road Trip Carson National Forest performance at the Echo Amphitheater on her YouTube channel.
