The album’s title,Soñadora, has special meaning for the vocalist, who turns 37-years-old this year.

“I feel like I’ve always been dreaming,” she said. “This has been my dream since I was a child.Poco a poquito(little by little) dreams have been coming true throughout the years, some came true as a kid, some have been coming true more recently and I just feel now more than ever that you should never stop dreaming and I think a lot of us as kids are big dreamers. These are things that I’ve been dreaming of since I was three years old, so that’s why we wanted to title it that.”

“There’s a little bit of everything on the album,” added Karla Christina. “I think people will definitely find to love it all or definitely find that they’ll have a favorite song or something like that, there’s a variety.”

“I moved to San Antonio to pursue more of those dreams along with this Tejano journey that I am on now,” she said. “I’m just very grateful for the entire experience and it all happened when ‘Que Lo Sepan’ happened and now I’m here and I can’t believe it.”
