La Fiebre celebrates release of ‘Histórico’ album with concert on 6/25

La Fiebrewill celebrate the release of their new albumHistóricowith a live-streamed album release concert on Friday, June 25.

The “Monsters of Tejano Rock” will stream the live event simultaneously on the Latin Grammy-nominated band’s official Facbook page and the official Freddie Records Facebook page beginning at 9 p.m. CT.

“Be a part of theHistóricomoment,” said La Fiebre in an interview withTejano Nation. “We’ll be performing the classics that everybody has come to get used to, our anthems and stuff but of course we’re gonna be performing some of our new songs off theHistóricoalbum.”

The album, released on May 28, is the first album in three years from La Fiebre. It’s the follow-up toFiestareleased in March 2018 from the band known as the “Pride of Pasadena.”

“It’s a long time coming because we had that quarantine goin’,” said La Fiebre. “We were supposed to release last year then it got pushed back but finally it’s out.”

The lead single from the highly-anticipated album is “Mendigo,” a tune that will remind you of some of the classic hits of the past from La Fiebre. The song was written by multi-Grammy and Latin Grammy award winnerFreddie Martinez, Sr.and features great production and arrangement.

La Fiebre has been producing hit songs and albums for almost 35 years and continues to have one of the most loyal fan base in the music industry.
