Isabel Marie Sanchezis one of the brightest stars in Tejano music. The 17-year-old singer, whojust graduated high schoolwhile navigating an award-winning music career, has released her latest single “La Pollera Colora.”
It is a cover of the iconic and classic song of Colombian and Latin American folklore that was first recorded in the 1960s.

The is the lead single from Isabel Marie’s upcoming fifth album. She has been a part ofQ Productionsfor all five albums with the guidance ofAbraham QuintanillaandSuzette Quintanilla.
“Which is crazy to think I’m only 17 years old and I have almost five albums out already,” she said. “I’m so blessed to be able to have an amazing family like the Quintanillas believing in me and helping me in my music journey. I really am so grateful for it. I’m really excited. I think people are going to enjoy this new album.”
The Chicago born vocalist also spoke about continuing her education, gave an impromptu performance of Minnie Ripperton’s “Loving You,” and so much more.
