The Hometown Boys share recovery update for Bobby Martinez on his birthday

The Hometown Boysshared the latest recovery update forBobby Martinezas the musician celebrated his birthday on Monday (March 25).

“We want to update you all and let you know that Bobby is doing well and is definitely on the road to recovery,” the legendary Conjunto groupposted on their official Facebook page. “He has a long road ahead of him but he is improving. Happy Birthday Bobby.”

Martinez, who is a founding member and bass player of the Grammy-winning group, wasinvolved in an accident earlier this monththat caused his vehicle to roll over.

One of the most celebrated groups of their era, The Hometown Boys started out as a family band many years ago and went on to become one of the most popular conjunto acts in the Southwest.
