Tristan Ramos releases debut album after delaying for brain surgery

Young rising talent Tristan Ramos released his debut album El Principio after it was delayed for his emergency brain surgery in December.

The 12-year-old vocalist and accordionist from Midland, Texas, posted news of the album’s release on social media and gave an update on his recovery.

“I’ve been getting better, I still have a lot of recovery to do,” Ramos said. “My CD, it was done in December, it just got delayed because of my brain surgery. But, now that I feel better, I wanted to release it for y’all to hear.”

The album boasts 12 hot dancefloor filling tracks, including his latest single “Muevelo” featuring Eddie Jimenez of Da Krazy Pimpz . The album also features accordion-driven covers of Tejano classics like “Las Miradas”, “Yolanda”, “Desvelado” and more.

El Principio is available now at most digital music platforms.
