Los Palominos donated $5,000 to the American Red Cross to help those affected in Southeast Texas by Hurricane Harvey.

The Grammy winners made the announcement during their annual Palomino Fest in Uvalde, Texas on Sunday night.

“Palomino Fest is going to donate a check for $5000,” Los Palominos member Johnny Arreola told the crowd during the music festival. “It’s a little token of what we can do. That we care. We are all Texas, we care. We stand together, we’re stong. We’re the biggest state in the United States.”

Los Palominos joins Intocable with donations to the Red Cross for Hurricane Harvey relief, as Intocable donated $10,000 on August 30.

Hurricane Harvey could be the costliest natural disaster in U.S. history with a potential price tag of $190 billion, according to a preliminary estimate from AccuWeather. This is equal to the combined cost of Hurricanes Katrina and Sandy.
