G-Eazy & PUMA Extend Partnership To Include First Collaborative Shoe

G-Eazy is venturing deeper into the world of shoes with news that his partnership with PUMA will see the a collaborative shoe drop in early 2020.

PUMA announced the team-up in 2018, but the fashion giant celebrated the endorsement over the weekend with a welcome home dinner for the rapper. Among the folks in attendance of the celebration included collaborators E-40 and Guapdad400, as well as Puma ambassador DaniLeigh and more. Eazy was back in the Bay Area for a headlining performance at Rolling Loud Bay Area Festival. NBA Hall of Famer Ralph Sampson also appeared at the celebration, which included a display of his new Ralph Samson Lo sneakers.

No details of the G-Eazy x PUMA sneaker were announced, but the brand confirmed that the collab is in the works and set to launch early next year. As part of their partnership, PUMA will continue to support The Endless Summer Fund, a non-profit founded by G-Eazy that helps Bay Area underprivileged youth reach their full potential. Additionally, PUMA will participate in his "From the Bay to the Universe" program, which sees the rapper pick a group of acts to endorse. Among recent winners include Dounia, ALLBLACK, Kossisko, Marty Grimes and Daghe.
