San Antonio’s beloved Fiesta Oyster Bake is turning up the excitement for its 109th anniversary with the announcement of its Tejano stage lineup for 2025. The two-day event, set for April 25-26, 2025, at St. Mary’s University, promises an electrifying weekend featuring some of the biggest names in Tejano music.

The Tejano stage will come alive on Friday, April 25, with performances from the high-energy Eddie Gonzalez, the legendary Patsy Torres, and the rockin’ rhythms of The Muñoz Brothers. The celebration continues on Saturday, April 26, with an incredible lineup featuring the iconic David Lee Garza Y Los Musicales, the rising star Destiny Navaira, conjunto powerhouse Conjunto Cats, as well as emerging artists Vanita Leo and Sarah Monique.

Fiesta Oyster Bake is known as the “heartbeat” of Fiesta San Antonio, bringing together music lovers for a family-friendly celebration across three stages, featuring multiple genres. The annual tradition draws over 70,000 fans and is powered by more than 7,000 volunteers dedicated to making the event a success.

A Tradition Rooted in Community and Giving Back

More than just a festival, Fiesta Oyster Bake is a “party with a purpose.” Since its beginnings in 1916 as a small gathering of St. Mary’s University alumni, it has grown into a premier Fiesta San Antonio event. 100% of the proceeds go directly toward student scholarships and university programs, supporting future generations of leaders. Over the years, the event has contributed millions of dollars to education and student growth.

For food lovers, Oyster Bake delivers big, with festival-goers consuming 100,000 oysters and 32,000 chicken-on-a-stick with jalapeño over the two-day event!
