The core members, including Ayala, Rudy Rocha, and Joe Angel Reynosa, have been together since the beginning. “We were the brothers in the beginning. We started at the beginning, and we were lucky enough to find people like Jonas (Flores). He started off with Latin Image, and he’s played the whole circuit, so he knows how to play. We’re lucky to have him, we’re lucky to have Julian (Gonzalez), a great accordion player, keyboard player. We’ve got a great new singer, J Angel Cantu, and he’s a phenomenal singer. Drummer Joe Lara. Yeah. So, we have everybody on stage that we need to put on that show that we want, and we always want perfection in every show.

Most Requested Song: “Borracho de Besos”

One of the highlights of the interview was when the band talked about their most requested song, “Borracho de Besos.” They shared, “When we do the shows from the very beginning, I mean, we just started the show, and they’re like, can you play ‘Borracho de Besos,’ and we like to end with that because that’s the big…But they come up with that one, and ‘Primer Amor,’ and ‘El Amor Se Acaba,’ and they’re always asking for them throughout the show, and we have our set, we have our lineup, so we’re going to play it. We’re going to play all the hits, and we’re going to play all the new stuff. Just got to be patient.”

Upcoming Performance at Fiesta En La Playa

La Fiebre also announced their upcoming performance at the Fiesta En La Playa concert in Rockport, Texas, on Friday, August 30, during Labor Day weekend.
