The Texas gulf coast understands the need and devastation that is now affecting Florida and the east coast of the United States. So far, winds generated by Hurricane Ian neared Category 5 speeds on Wednesday as the catastrophic storm ripped through Florida's gulf coast. On Thursday, President Biden approved a disaster declaration for Florida as a result of the extreme devastation. 2.5 million people were ordered to evacuate Florida ahead of the storm as the state prepared for the very worst. The storm continues to devastate the United States eastern coast. Ian has been called the 1 in 1000 year storm. The Texas Gulf Coast understands the need and we are eager to help.
