Icons and Rising Stars take over expanded 2018 TM National Convention

Icons and rising stars of the Tejano industry are scheduled to perform at an expanded Tejano Music National Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 23 – 26, 2018.

The Tejano Music National Convention, an annual celebration of Tejano music and culture, will be celebrating it’s 15th year as it returns to the Rio Hotel & Casino.  This year’s convention will expand to two more days for a total of four.

Artists scheduled to perform on Friday, August 24 include La 45 with special guest Sunny Ozuna, a La Sombra reunion with Gavino, The Hometown Boys and Jimmy Gonzalez Y Grupo Mazz.  The scheduled lineup for Saturday, August 25 includes Dezigual, Shelly Lares with special guest Patsy Torres, Jay Perez, Bobby Pulido and La Mafia.

New events for the 2018 Tejano Music National Convention include unplugged performances, master music and writing sessions, dance and fashion contests, Tejano Loteria, suite and pool parties, plus more music industry and fan sessions.
