Crystal Torres adds her own signature sound to “Adiós Amor,” a remake of the hit song and debut single from Mexican singer Christian Nodal, released earlier this year.
The sensual bolero will be a part of Torres’ upcoming untitled sophomore album and is a fusion of Tejano, Mariachi and Latin Pop, produced by 14-time Grammy Award winner Gilbert Velasquez.
“He’s awesome,” Torres told Tejano Nation in a recent interview about working with Velasquez. “He’s tough, because he knows what he wants in the studio. He’s a perfectionist and he puts out quality work and I’m very excited to be able to work with somebody of his caliber.”
Torres won Best New Female Artist at the 2014 Tejano Music Awards.
“Adiós Amor” is available for download now at all major digital platforms.
