David Deanda has been looking for some time to make a comeback, but he knew it had to be at the right time with the right team. Are you ready for Envy Road Entertainment’s next mega-hit?

About a year ago, after seeing Envy Road Entertainment CEO Julian Johnson‘s successful recreation of Jaime DeAnda‘s second act, David DeAnda knew he needed to reach out to Johnson to ensure his own successful comeback. After a single meeting, Johnson immediately knew that David DeAnda was ready to return to the spotlight and agreed to help with the DeAnda Legacy.

David Deanda is delighted to hit the spotlight again and is grateful to be backed by Envy Road Entertainment and Julian Johnson Management, “Two of the best in the business. What more could I ask for,” said Deanda.

For this project, Johnson wanted the vibe of the ’90s, with the usual powerful intros, catchy hooks, and memorable phrases. He knew he could accomplish this by teaming up with super producer Gabriel Zavala.

The award-winning hitmaker began writing and producing for one of his childhood idols allowing his inner fan to run wild. It was pure nostalgia. Zavala wanted to take the fans back to the first time they heard Xelencia and have them fall in love with them all over again!

It was a true honor for Zavala to work with and record with Chris Perez, David DeAnda, Speedy Villanueva, and Jesse Peralez, who all brought this song to the next level.

Zavala commented, “They are GOATs, and to be on the same track with these incredible musicians is an honor I will cherish for life!”

The finished product was a pure classic Tejano sound with “Esos Momentos” from Xelencia featuring Chris Perez, The track is available on all digital music platforms.
